Every year Genericon solicits badge art from our awesome fan artists. If you’d like your art to be featured on this year’s badges, please submit artwork for each of the following badge types. You can be as creative you want with them, but please try to stick with the theme (post-apocalypse).
The dimensions of all badge art submissions should be 4 inches X 3 inches (300 dpi minimum). You may submit as many entries as you’d like, but try to submit duplicates. The colors and types are as follows:
- Attendees: Sepia
- Minors: Red
- Panelists, Featured Panelists, Guests, Press and Staff Alumni: Purple
- Artists and Vendors: Green
- Staff and Volunteers: White
- VIPs: Gold
- GMs: Blue
While we prefer for you to use these colors, you may change them as long as you keep the relative colors the same (i.e. if you make panelists blue instead of purple, then make guests blue as well.
As for the PRIZES, if you win we’ll be giving you free admission to Genericon XXVI and a special prize pack (contents TBD), while your art will be featured on all of our badges!
