The registration coordinator is responsible for handling registration details for the convention. If you are wondering how to go about registering as an attendee, contact this person. Please note: Pre-Registration is not currently available at this time due to technological limitations. If you are interested in pre-registering, please check back in the fall.
The guest coordinator is tasked with contacting and coordinating with those guests of Genericon who contribute to the convention with their specialized knowledge and talents. If you have questions about registering as a guest or have suggestions for a potential guest you think would be a good addition to Genericon's lineup, contact this individual.
The artist coordinator is in charge of coordinating and operating the artists' alley at Genericon, where artists of all sorts can show off their craft. If you have would like to register as an artist or have questions about the artists' alley in general, talk to this person.
The vendor coordinator is in charge of handling all matters related to the vendors that sell their wares at Genericon. If you have questions about our vendors or would like to apply for a table in our vendor rooms, contact this person.
The cosplay coordinator is involved in all aspects of cosplay at Genericon, including policy, event coordination, and contests. If you have questions about our cosplay contests, policies, or events, contact this individual.
The gaming coordinator is in charge of scheduling and ensuring the smooth operation of all events related to all forms of gaming at Genericon. If you are interested in GMing an RPG or LARP at Genericon, donating games to our video gaming room, or participating in a tournament, contact this person.
The science fiction coordinator is responsible for scheduling and arranging for the various science fiction shows and movies that are shown at Genericon. If you have questions regarding our sci-fi showings, contact this person.
The PR coordinator is responsible for promoting Genericon through
both the RPI campus and other venues. They also deal with all press
relations and interview requests. If you would like to attend Genericon
as press, send this person your full name, title, and information about
your organization (including URL and/or estimated circulation if
applicable).
The information coordinator is in charge of compiling information for the convention and presenting it to the attendees. This includes maintaining this website as well as writing the paper schedules (also known as "conbooks") distributed at the convention. If you have questions or comments about the information contained on this website and in the conbook, have technical issues with the website, or are interested in advertising with Genericon, contact this person.
The administrative staff of Genericon are in charge of overall organization and operation of the convention.
